Permanent Conduit w/ Masochism

So a bit late in uploading and reporting this but had an alliance mate that triggered the Masochism on a special knockdown against Guardian on node #20 and while the Masochism at the shock Debuff, it was still permanently there in the background and all hits for the remaining of the fight was triggering the 80% healing even when another energy Debuff was never applied again.
