Should I pursue ranking the both up?? I know her damage can be insaneee.

Or should I focus on magik or Tigra (both are 5*)?

Rank Odin definitely. Magik & Tigra are also worthy. I say Magik over Tigra FIRST, because right now you can't get a 6-star Magik. With my luck, I'd rank up my 5-star Tigra then would get her as a 6-star right after.
