I have the same problem, I am irreclaimable and that selector of 5 has not yet arrived

Selectors for completing Side Quest (not appearing, or not letting you make selection).

Kabam and others have said try Restarting Game, it should eventually pop-up and let you complete the Selector.

(*note to try Act-4 Venom, was NOT saying Venom awards the selector. Just that doing something else in game may kick-start the process of the Selector. Restarting Game is usually better to kick-start it).
