Shuri can't awakened

I have got both three stars and four stars Shuri two times from last two completed rounds Arena "P.R.I.D.E.", but both three stars and four stars Shuri are still un-awakened.
Is it a bug? Please fix it.

I experienced this issue as well. Got both the 3 and 4* and neither awakened. I’m glad this issue has been posted because I was beginning to think I was experiencing Mandela effect lol
