Herc/willpower bug

Not sure if this is a bug specific to herc, or willpower or if it just is happening in war…. More testing needed, but in war attack (my alliance is tier 12 or 11 I believe) herc is not healing properly from willpower. I run full suicides and have willpower maxed out. This typically means herc gradually heals with bleed/poison on him. In a 20-30 second fight, I will generally heal about 2-4% health. Currently, not healing enough to overcome bleed/poison, or even just poison. After immortality wears off, it’s immediate death. Somethings up, not sure which is to blame.

    Every mastery setup for AW basically looks the same. I don't doubt Despair is to blame here.
