Game crashing

Hey kabam so I was playing Battlegrounds and won the match but before it declared victory my game lost connection and i quickly reconnected it after that it showed I lost the match and i forfitted the match and my opponent was declared the winner this doesn't seem fair it happened twice today alone in battlegrounds I lost those tokens because of this game crashing please solve this issue as soon as possible @Kabam Miike
