Input issues are getting really annoying "again"

It's happening in every game mode & now in aw , too much to handle honestly!
Reinstalled multiple times, restarted as well & yet inputs are "not working as intended".
.
Please for godsakes, take a look into input lags (which includes parry & dex timings as well) .
We gonna miss the next bracket in aw due to these issues happening so constantly.
(Taking about new input system btw)

I’m more frustrated by the roller coaster frame rates during matches. Sometimes a straight up pause mid fight for the game to catch up. Using a 12 pro max so can’t be a device issue.

Happens on my 13 pro max. Really weird when you see it coming and the game feels like you’re watching on a zoetrope.

The game often is outright not responding to inputs. I have touch sensors showing on my screen so I know my phone is registering my taps and swipes. The game doesn't react with it. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 isn't an outdated device yet.

I got this issue in AW and Bg

I use my 5 combos and my champ just pause in front of the enemy at 3-4 hit and then stand there cant parry… first I think its was my sweat on the screen but its been twice now…

Here’s my personal hypothesis: they never really fixed the old input issues and pushed a fix that works for most of the players most of the time.

They are aware issues persist but really don’t have a solution in the works. The remaining devices and setups are so varied there’s no real way to make it bette without a crippling amount of work that might undo whatever progress they’ve gained.

I would love to be proven wrong, but I’ve played with wonky frame rates and controls for going on two years and despair there’s no way to make things better.

Just a personal opinion. But I’ve lost hope.

Im exploring act 8 and it is a whole journey with this inputs, easy fights get annoying since combos drop halfway through, heavys dont register, that + AI not working properly just makes the game not funny to play anymore

I dunno when was the last time things worked as it should.. oh yes.. before patch 12..

By the way, no one is really doing anything about the android device issues.. which apparently is a fake News and the forum topic literally is dead with no mods or admins looking at it or responding

Parry randomly fails on my iphone 8 plus. I parry early yet nothing happens, not even block. Usually at the beginning of the fight, the first couple of parries. It never happens on my android phone (where there are other issues like lag etc).

Happens to me on iOS devices as well. Not only is there no parry, there is no block….no matter how early you are. Get KO’d, try the same exact fight again and inputs start registering. All is well until the next time parry/block decides to auto-shutoff….

My memory could be playing tricks on me but I seem to remember having a few days with zero issues when the fix was pushed out last year. All of the issues returned with the following game update and have remained ever since.
Inputs (especially dex) and inconsistent frame rates have been slightly worse since last update for me.

I agree it’s most unlikely we’ll ever see game performance return to “normal”.
My money is on that being the reason the multiple threads and comments are ignored.
If I was in their shoes, saying nothing is probably the least worst option.

I think Kabam can do what they want, but i must not play the game. 5 years of input issues, it‘s enough. Basic inputs must work in a game.

A game can be challenging and still fun. This game is just stress for me. I respect what Kabam is doing and as long as the game is successful I also wouldn't change anything.

Now it‘s time to leave the game for me.

Since update I am having MANY input issues. My champion does a heavy attack when I press light attack. My champion does not evade after the defender does a special attack nor can I rush into punish the defenders missed special attack. I'm sure you all will say it is my device but it does the same thing on my Samsung galaxy s20, my Samsung galaxy S23 Ultra, and my Samsung galaxy tab A

One question for kabam. Sentinel is the "bachelor" for this month's side quest. He ramps up striking into a block. My experience lately, can't do that without getting smacked back. Can't dex back before getting clapped. Ml, mll, mlll, lll, llll, ll. Etc.

Yeah game is busted and it probably has something to do with that constant latency ****...
I was doing the SQ week 2.. Tigra.. node states that as long as I am hitting her the timer for falter resets... Well.. i just got faltered mid combo while throwing an sp2... (Faltered, sp2 into her block since she recovered)....

My entire alliance is having crazy issues in AW right now with either inputs or the game just disconnecting 🤦🏻‍♂️ this is so out of control and Kabam is punching in and out of work like nothing.

Please let Kabam know the make and model of your device and the OS version because the countless threads can’t tell them it’s not a device issue or OS version problem it’s the GAME! this is so frustrating at this point.

This month of events is just a massive bust. Nothing is working to what is expected and there's more than 19 days left in this month's event. At this point, I'm just looking forward to March's event, leaving February behind and hoping for some improvement by then but not feeling optimistic that it will happen.
