Need insights about Paragon 4 hour crystals

For those that track their openings or can give a rough estimate based from experience, how many potions will I get from 500 crystals?

I really need to plan this for Carina's Objectives to either avoid overflows or not enough potions in the middle of quest.

I still have 4 objectives left to do and for reference I'm really average at best skill wise so I'm banking on my items to get thru any content. Thanks in advance.

I’m opening them usually in packs of 10 during my runs through content.
This way I avoid huge revives/potion overflows in stash.
Unless you are going to do another run in next 14 days, I suggest open some of them for start, and open more if you need during your run 😉
