Kabam, as you can see I lost 2 battlegrounds matches back to back due to bugs. Please fix it asap and provide us a decent compensation.

However, there are many network paths, devices and connections between the phone or tablet you're using to play the game and our servers. Unfortunately, this means there will be times where issues like this occur because of factors which are outside of our control.
