It would be good to know what's going on.
I have a ton of energy refill + elders marks.
I don't want to use them till things are fixed etc

We're always working to make improvements to the game. When players report an issue such as inputs not working in the usual way, we review the details provided and carry out significant testing in an effort to replicate the problem. Ultimately, we try to identify what may be causing it to occur so we can set about finding a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

However, there are many devices capable of running the game and there are many factors which can cause an issue like this to occur. Unfortunately, some of those factors are outside of our control.

We've stated many times previously that we're constantly working to resolve issues like this and to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible but it's not feasible for us to respond to every report we receive.
