I was trying to recruit from global and now I'm getting this message.

I cannot raise ticket as I dont know the date I created my in game account.
I cannot locate the 1st mail from Kabam/MCOC.

Fun fact: spamming goes against the ToS of the game (literally just read #11 of the ToS and saw that) so if you were recruiting on global and are one of those people who spam the exact same message 20 times a minute, then that could explain why your account got temp banned.

You can raise ticket. They only need a ball park date, not the accurate one. Tell them your story.
I was a spam recruiter once upon a time.
But I was only chat banned/ghosted, was not in a situation like you tho.

They did reverted my chat ban, I can still chat.
