Inputs trouble?

Since Monday I have noticed some inputs are giving me trouble, specially heavy attacks, blocks and specials.

Is someone else having issues?

Noticed it playing incursions last night..i couldn't chain heavies when the defender was against the wall.1st two heavies registered but the third my champ just stood like he was frozen in time..lmao
