Today I got suspended out of nowhere for no reason at all.

That is the second time this happens to my account saio2017@abv.bg

First time it was a bit my fault becose I have downloaded the apk from alternative site not from google play store,but now I have a 30 days suspension for absolutely no reason my game is from the play store and I have no third party software at all,worst thing that I am doing is using hotspot from another phone.

Please I need help not just automatic answers.
