Is this a permanent ban?

My subscriber just sent me this with a question: what does this mean?



The picture says: Failed to login. You are banned from entering the game.

According to him, he was thrown out of the game during the game and when he re-enters, the error described above is written. Although he claims that he did not use anything. Do these errors mean permanent? Should I advise him to write to Technical Support?
