The ability to one shot the opponent before the matches even start (note: only works on defenders).

This is what I'm thinking something to do with power. Since 5* had the damage increase/decrease on sp3s, 6* had adrenaline which was regen. So I think 7* will have something relating to power.

I think it could be one of these things:

1) Different sp3 minigame
2) Ability to use specials independently of one another
3) Adrenaline mechanic on power bar
4) 4 bars of special power
5) Some kind of regen mechanic
6) Some kind of striker

my guess is it will be something like striker relics, where you can apply a certain “rune” that modifies a certain stat for the character. whether it be base attributes or something in the characters abilities.

I suspect stat focusing may be the ability to adjust specific attributes outside of combat. For example, you can boost critical damage rating over the other stats and beyond the "base" 7* hero. It would be busted for specific champions, but that's the closest thing to stat focusing in other games that I can imagine.
