Why didn’t Neutralize prevent the buffs?

The node is in Act 8.2.
Picture #2 shows KG is neutralized right before the node buffs activated in picture #3.

Enhanced abilities was enough to beat the neutralize

Enhanced abilities 200%. Neutralize only lowers the chance by 100% so the buffs will still always activate.

300% is greater then 200% it’s a Longshot but if you look hard enough you can find a champ to get past it.
