Overseer or Diablo to R4?

Have enough resources to take one to R4. I don’t run suicides. I love using both but which deserves it more?

Overseer has more uses IMO
Diablo is fun but I feel his value has dropped a bit with increase in the number of better mystics

Both of mine are at r2, and outside of Arena, I almost never use Diablo for any content, so I’d say go with Overseer, who gets off the bench more often.

Diablo, if you run MD. He has some great utility, and if you find you don't need that particular skill you can just not activate it and shorten his ramp up.

I’d do overseer, I’m waiting till I open my 7* crystals and if I don’t pull a 7* overseer then I’m taking my 6* to rank 4 as well
