Are you an infamous ParaBreaker?

So i have completed 7.4.6 (Actually 8.2.6 as well). Have a 6* R4, close to another. Regret not buying R3 to R4 gem. So i have given myself ParaBreaker title until Carina gives me Paragon title. I feel like Paragon but not, so looking at any elite Paragon rewards meanwhile might make me jealous. Need some motivation. Are you a ParaBreaker like me? We will make ParaBreaker association.

Having 4 R4's before being Thronebreaker is unique case.

In my eyes, getting the 3 R4s was 10x harder than doing Act 7 and exploring 8.1, so I never felt like a ParaBreaker, even tho it took me many months to get the 3rd r4

Yeah with 8.2 it's much easier, i did explore the paths which had T4 basic and T3 Alpha, that's why close to second R4. If i explore 8.2 100%, i can get paragon but there's a catch. I haven't explored maps since act 6 and i wouldn't want to beat Behemet again as it wasn't the easiest thing for me. I think updated side quest rewards are also helpful now. I can wait some months, if any offers show up that would be great, just a matter of one R4.

Not wanting to sound elitist or anything but this parabreaker thing is just something to make u feel good about urself.
EOP gave a decent amount of r4 material.
Grandmasters gauntlet gives 1.5 t6b and t3a(3 runs at 50% of each per run).
8.1 exploration gives a 3-4 crystal
8.2 exploration gives a 3-4 gem
Act 7 exploration gives a 3-4 crystal.
All of this is without counting the offers.
Paragon is there for the taking but u gotta put in the effort.

Thanks. EOP, Gautlet and Act 8 exploration is more for elite players. I did try those but not good at them. I wouldn't like to face Behemet 2nd time but i did explore many Act 8.2 paths with the materials. I can only think of side quests, offers or one time story completions/specific paths.

Throne breaker sq gives decent chunks. You for a solid amount from sinister vaults too. Even without EoP everyone should have 2 6* r4 at least if they've 100% both thronevreaker eqs since they came and got all the mats from sinister vaults and the like plus glory store.

There is no reason why after 8.2 you can't be paragon

Sure, you can try to do all the Everest content like EOP and Gaunlet to get Paragon as soon as possible. But for me, I don’t have the skills, so I slowly accumulate the resource and grind arena for those special offers. I mean I did get to Paragon just after Xmas but the EOP pre-acceptance content is not as hard as this permanent one…
It will happen for all of you eventually as the rank 4 materials should come by much faster once the 7* are here.
Enjoy the game and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. We are supposed to have fun, right?

Same. I havent started 7.1 but have 2 r4s. Once i get my third, i will start. T3a and t6b shows up in side quests and i go for the ocassional deals like the bauble event. Need to start act 7 now. Delayed it enough

You would be able to easily breeze through EOP and Gauntlet once you have your best champs (like herc, scorpion, Nimgod, apocalypse,doom) at r4 or 5

I bought the 6* R4 gem in the gweenpool store and I couldn’t be happier to become Paragon. Now I have 3R4, close to the 4th. Working on exploring 7.3. By exploring act 7.1 and 7.2, doing MQ and buying materials in glory and battleground store, I got what I needed. Normal goal of a gamer is to progress and you have many ways to do it.

By being paragon, now I have R4 material at 4000 cost in battleground store instead of 10000 when I was TB

I have 2 rank 4’s. Half way through 8.2 first completion which will get me the final rank 4 (need 1 more T3A and T6B). Just finished Act 7 a couple of weeks ago after I got my second rank 4.

All of the sudden paragon seemed very doable with new avenues to these materials so I have chased all the Rank4 materials since.

Haven’t bought anything since the banquet

At the start of 7.3 here. 3X R4 already in hand, so I guess I’ll break the OP’s poll algorithm too.

Parabreaker does not exist.
Beating act 7 isn't difficult, it isn't the main challenge of the title. The challenge in acquiring the paragon title is exploring at least a few of EOP, Act 7, 8.1, or 8.2 to get 3 rank fours (or by whaling). Why would you bother trying to make yourself feel better when you haven't achieved the main challenge? For most cases, as it should be, once you beat the main challenge (get 3 r4s), you're paragon, as it's nearly impossible to get three r4s while being hardstuck act 7 and unskilled.

You could literally do one path in each story quest until 8.2 and then explore 8.2 to go from zero r4s to three.

So, one of my accounts, technically my main but not my favorite, is paragon, another is TB, and a third Cav.

And here's the conundrum for Kabam: by opening up availability for higher levels to lower levels, what's the incentive for progression? Clearly just by casually engaging in monthly odds and ends accounts such as these can accrue champs and levels strong enough to beat level 5 monthly content easily. The paragon account hasn't touched act 8 and won't until there's an actual reason to. The other 2 are there for gifting and clearing AQ lanes when that was a thing i cared about.

For every player jumping at the chance for 100% completion of all content, there's also the casuals who just plug along, compiling. What about access to better rewards? Seems like this Cav is outperforming some of these "ParaBreakers" without even really trying, and if enough of the base is fine with staying put and happy with the results, that can't be a positive for kabam.
