Is daredevil Hell’s Kitchen a hidden gem?

I really like his animation and look so I decided to use him at rank 1 lvl 1 and he still hit like a truck considering rank 3 him

I have him at r4 sig 200. I absolutely love him. So many great (but not required) synergies with great champs. I have no idea why there is so much hate for him.

If you don't run the recoil Masteries, he's perfectly useable. If you do run them, he's effectively unusable.

He's the most consistent Miss counter there is, and has pretty good good utility. If you like him, rank him. If you really like him, and put teammates like Peni and Spider-Gwen alongside, you can do some really good stuff with him.

I have no idea either he does decent damage I’m taking him up as soon as I can but I think I might wait till after act 7 and hope for a skill gem for 1-2

IIRC, people were really annoyed that they neutered his willpower healing worse than Kingpins (understandably so, it's kinda dumb) plus his special 1 is 17 hours long

Most of it's still valid, to be fair. He has his uses but melts from damaging Debuffs because of his compromised Willpower - and as has already been stated is next to useless if running suicides.

Why his Regen Rate is lower than Kingpin, whose Rage Debuffs have an infinite duration until converted, still bemuses me to this day.
