Rifts chest bugs

in Bugs and Known Issues
After finishing the rift quest it only gives me one of the chests

    Have you tried restarting your game? That usually fixes it

    Since you pick two chests up, you need to go to a different screen (like Champions or Crystals) to make it refresh and appear.

    I have tried both and still haven't gotten them

    Try sending in a support ticket and see what they can do
