Global node in AW is still active when the Boss is down

Like the title says the global node is still active even when the Boss is down. We are currently playing tier 2. Does anyone experience the same?

It is intended, in all tiers.

It's been discussed before. Working as intended.

Yes, and it was confirmed that it was a mistake and that the description will eventually be updated.
