Use for DS?

Theoretically if you have a max sig Doctor Strange he would have 85% counters Pell effectiveness. If you pair him with Hawkeye and Quake would the 15% boost in ability accuracy give him 100% counterspell effectiveness? If so, would this give him a potential niche use where he could fight high buff champions and just remove them all automatically, turning fights into no buff fights for the opponent? I don’t have a max sigs DS to test this but curious if anyone has done so. Love DS, just searching for any way to make him relevant lol

Counterspell takes 1 second to active. Not a big deal, but unreliable against unstoppable

Update: I put max sigs on Dr. Strange for fun and put him on a team with Quake and Hawkeye and CAIW. Theoretically should be 100% ability with counterspell and deal direct damage when nullifying buffs. Took him against Act 4 Venom on the short path. All I did was dodge and block, didn’t hit him at all and won the fight. He unfortunately did not nullify everything, definitely over 90% but some buffs stayed, meaning the synergy doesn’t add that amount of ability accuracy, it multiplies. With his special 3 he can fate seal so he still may be able to gain enough power to strip all buffs against very buff heavy champs but it’s not 100%. Damage is still very poor so hard to imagine he’d have much of a niche that other champs can’t fill equally well or better. At best he may be a cheese option for super buffed champs but that’s about it unfortunately. He needs a buff to be usefully for anything at this point I’d say.
