Shocker’s Buff???

I’ve been wondering for some time now where’s the details regarding Shocker buff? We’ve seen Sandman’s and somehow even Red Skulls before Shocker. I know it’s planned for their buffs to release in November soooo… where’s the details? Lol

DLL did a stream testing the shocker and sandman buffs. But short summary is his unblockable doesn’t consume charges anymore, it just goes on cooldown. The physic vulnerability on sp2 was increased from 20% to 30%. And his crit rate was increased, which increases his armor penetration.

No yeah I seen this. This is just telling us they will be getting buffs and when to expect them. It’s not the actual buff details

No problem! I think it’s because they let the ccp members test the buffs before they go live and since the buffs aren’t finalized yet they don’t want to post the details. There’s already some videos on the red skull buff too.

Do you know if they gave a tentative date for his Buff release? I can't seem to find anything concrete, just "November".

Should be this Monday with the update.

They announced in the stream Shocker and Sandman will be coming soon as 7 stars, so take that into consideration.

They released this update about Shocker, so he's actually coming out in December with Red Skull.
