With all the weird buffs/debuffs in the game it can be a little confusing on how the each interact here are some of my questions

Falter - does true strike counter it
Can characters with a non miss
ability like ss spidey have an
affect
Are there any counters to it
other than not hitting it

Resist - WHAT I THE ACTUAL FANTA
ORANGE IS IT, WHO HAS IT AND
HOW DOES IT WORK.
I've been completely rekt in bg,
incursion and other content
becuase Ive been countered off
a special.

Auto block - I know auto block can be
countered but more
specificly can an
unblockable attack counter
it or does auto block
override it

I'm by no means I knew player it's just hard as a casual to keep track of all the new gimmicks/shananagins

True strike counters evade, not miss. True sense counters miss and thus counters falter. All falter is is a miss mechanic, so anyone who counters miss counters falter.

Resist: when you take damage of the type of resist, you take less damage. Many characters have various resistances and some even have negative resistance. You just have to check the character values either in game or on auntmai

Unblockable attacks can't be blocked unless the champion can block them. This means it bypasses autoblock. Gorr has a buff when duped that bypasses autoblock, I forgot the name though.

    Undermine.

I think the resist OP is referring to is the mastery. Doom also has it in his kit when his aura is up. You don’t get knocked down from a special or heavy when it triggers. The mastery can trip you up because it’s random and can happen in battlegrounds and arena if the opponent has a point in the mastery.

Edit: Guess I didn’t refresh and missed that someone already mentioned this before I posted.

our unblockable attacks cant penetrate if unstoppable is active on opponents.

True strike also counters autoblock. True strike also ignores resistances and armor. Also to avoid stand your ground mastery make sure you dont heavy when the defender is blocking. For autoblock yes gorrs undermine, true sense and true accuracy counters it. You can also use defensive ability accuracy reduction to get over it

It can? Maybe you confuse opponent punishing you right after you try to hit them when they have unstoppable with unblockable actuallt not penetrating?

    It does.
Your enemy just shrugs off your hit and retaliates.
Don't hit something unstoppable, you'll just be hurt more :D
