Which of these and why

Hey everyone, im a recent cav player who has been pushing thru to thronebreaker. I've been ranking up a few 5 star champs to r5 and ascending them (cheaper than r3 a 6 star). Currently, i have guardian, magik, scorpion and shang chi up there. Next one is going to be rintrah, he is already at r5 just need gold for ascension.

I have some more 5 stars sitting at r1 who i would like to take up as well. Main ones are human torch, future ant man and warlock.
Idk who to take up, looking for advice (have 2 generic 5* ag but only 20 sig stones cuz I took guardian to sig 200)

    You already have Scorpion, so no need for Torch.

    I’d take torch over warlock as a 5*. I also would not spend an awakening gem on torch.

    For context I’m paragon and I never took my 5* warlock to r5 and still don’t have him as a 6*. He’s great, but with the way things have shifted I don’t know that you’ll need him above 5*r4 before your focus shifts 100% to 6*/7* champs. I still use my 5*r5 torch because I don’t have him as a 6* though.
