I took Titania to r3 duped myself but I would take up Hulk since he’s already duped.

Although hulk is more powerful
Titania got a lot of utilities still with a high attack
Also her staggers are more useful than you ever think of

If Titania was duped, I’d have a really hard time saying who to take up. I think both are excellent attackers, but I love using Titania way more. Unduped I’d say that Hulk takes the cake here
