Question regarding gifting during banquet

Just wondering if gifting will be possible during this years banquet event and what kind of items are able to be gifted?

Will mastery cores and energy be able to be sent to team mates?

I think I remember reading we could last year, just thought I'd ask.

Things that qualify as "items" and "consumables" is almost a guarantee
Refills, revives, cores ect.

Plus the Banquet Crystals of course.

No the Crystal can not be gifted there change that’s last year so was only way to get them was to buy them 300 a pop

I'm just happy about being able to gift items, that's a bummer we can't gift crystals, but I do remember there was a bit of a scandal with the whole gifting event years ago when Cowhale was getting around.

Yes, last year it was stated in the event announcement that it was the last year of gifting during the holiday event.

No specifics yet for this year. Still time to back track. 😆

Won't see gifting ever again – especially items – black markets and hoarding alt accounts ruined all of that.

Yeah, many have mentioned it

Last year was the last year to gift items (I think they gave those who were running alternate accounts the chance to spend the units)

This year there will be no gifting... just opening banquet crystals

Most of the people you tagged don’t work there anymore.

Last year, as a way to stave off outrage from people running legit alts, they said that consumables would be giftable one final time.

If anything is giftable this year it will be different than what we were explicitly told last fall when they told us changes were coming.

I feel like this isn't fair for those of us who have taken a break and missed the memo last year, I have started again after 2 years inactivity and was hoping to gift from my alts, and now all those units will go to waste.

Why do they need to remove a feature for legit players who don't cheat just because a minority would seek to exploit the system?

I say find out who the frauds are and remove them after the fact and keep the feature for the majority who are not taking the p#$%, so to speak.
