Naughty and Nice Tokens

It seems like there are 5 weeks that will reward a Naughty or Nice Token, but the only things I see to buy with them in the store are the 2 titles which each cost 3 tokens. Are the apparently extra 2 tokens just for people who may somehow have missed the earlier week's (although it doesn't seem like the objectives expired yet to make it possible to miss them) tokens or is there something I am missing that can be obtained with the extra 2 if you buy a title or using all 5 instead of buying a 3 token title?

    Guessing it's basically a “safety net”.

    If the first few weeks you had pressed different choices.
    And so after 4th week you still don’t have one (you are at 2 and 2).
    The 5th week will let you reach 3 tokens.

    So, you’re only meant to receive just ONE of the Titles, but it doesn’t want to punish anyone if they were just randomly/blindly choosing tokens (or alternating between tokens) along the way.
