Is i-Abomination is immune to reverberation?

In BG, my i-bom literally melts killmonger. Without taking any reverberation damage. Do I miss something about both champs kit. Or it is a bug? Please Explain.

He's not immune. He's just healing the damage.

With power shield your basic attacks do no damage. So reverb wotn be there. And sp2 is non contact so no reverb there either
