S2099 relic NOT working with Darkhold Pages weapon node!

I just played act 8.2.2 on the "Darkhold pages" weapon path (i.e. the one starting with Mr. Negative). This weapon inflicts staggers on the attacker, and if those staggers nullify a buff, it deals a huge chunk of damage.
To prep for this path, I put my 4* S2099 relic on Spider Gwen. This relic, with the proper rune equipped, makes Spider Gwen immune to the precision buff from dexterity. But it does not work! If I have a stagger on Gwen, and I dex back, I take the damage from the weapon node, and the defender does not get a wither debuff.
Unfortunately I don't have video for you. (I don't have any way to record in-game video set up.) But this is repeatable. I tested this on multiple champs on this path with Spider Gwen. I confirmed that the correct rune is equipped, and I used practice mode to test that it works as intended. It works fine in other situations. But it does *not* work on this path.
Since nodes like this are a huge part of the value of that S2099 relic, this bug has a big impact on the utility of this relic. I'm not sure whether or not this is already a known issue, but it does appear to be an easily reproducible issue.

As yet, this plethora of threads hasn't received any comments by forum moderators; and there are no issues on the Trello board.
What appears to be the problem is that the relic info describes being immune to the Precision buff; but appears to actually function as though a Precision is momentarily generated and immediately disappears. It therefore triggers Mystic Dispersion, Buffet, and Degeneration from Dormammu. Which makes the whole ability almost 100% useless, except for avoiding Spite nodes.
So that's why I'm confident in saying the S2099 relic *should* provide the same protection to spider-gwen, and therefore this issue is a bug rather than "working as intended".
You're mixing this up with the argument about Neutralise, @ahmynuts
Titania is immune to buffs; so the buff tries to apply but fails due to immunity: Wiccan punishes her for failing the attempt (she gets incinerated).
Dormammu can only punish Titania if she succeeds in gaining a buff; but she's properly immune, so the buff doesn't apply and he can't punish her at all, and she doesn't trigger MD.
With the Relic 'immunity', it's different. You're punished for trying and for succeeding; even though the relic should make success impossible.
This is easy to test - you must have an Awakened Dormammu, even if just as a 3*/4*...?
Duel with Titania - you can Dex a thousand times without being degenerated.
Down with Spidey + S2099 relic: you get degenerated, plus visibly triggering MD if you run it.
It's repeatable, and very easy to see. The node gives her a power gain passive that you can see on her status bar, and her innate ability instead gives her a charge.
I fought this same fight with Shuri (who is natively immune to dex precision), and she did NOT get her power gain from the "prey on the weak" node.
This is definitely a bug. No matter how you slice it, she should not be getting power gain from BOTH her innate ability and that node. It is absolutely not "working as intended".
Report it in the bugs section.
And the new content is not the source of the problem. It just provides an easy place to reproduce the longstanding issue.
