What? New NC can’t have evade ability accuracy reduced by non-tech champions. SC applies slow on heavy attacks, which is not a common utility among tech champs. Slow reduces evade ability accuracy by 100%. Am I missing something from that analysis?

And yes, Silver Centurian is perfect counter for him. He inflicts slow on heavy and is bleed immune.

Any other suggestions?

Well you see, his evade aar is not reduced by non tech champs, Still they can tackle him in other ways.

The way I read the Spotlight, there should still be plenty of non-Tech counters.

From the wording of Nightcrawlers new Sig, it states that Nightcrawlers chance of Evading can't be reduced. So this ability works against Slow, Decelerate, Disorient, Falcon's Lock-on, etc. But if you Prevent or Ignore evasion, you should be just fine.

So True Strike, True Accuracy, and Coldsnap should work. (Proxima, Odin, Iceman, Emma Frost, Professor X, Killmonger, Karnak, Attuma, Misty Knight, Elsa, Kate, Kraven, Mole Man, Night Thrasher, Squirrel Girl). Also, Hit Monkey, Jabari Panther, and Nick with five charges.

Actually, Mysterio could work as an option, but only in certain modes because it's dependent on a synergy that Silver Surfer has with him.

No the timer for switching modes is now constant: dash back and hold block for 2 seconds. The sig ability now makes him better on defense

No - they've removed the part where it's easier to switch him Awakened.

And his bleed damage scales up with his Sig, so being Awakened will be important for that.

Based on the description, Apocalypse should work, since he gains the ability to bypass Evade, rather than reducing Nightcrawlers chances.

Archangel probably shouldn't work, since he reduces ability accuracy.
