@Kabam Miike good evening, I'm contacting you because I've had the black screen problem since I updated and I've been without playing for 4 days, can you resolve it as soon as possible. I await your response on this matter.

Ps: I have a Samsung Galaxy s8 smartphone with Android 9

Same here. I cant play anything. Whatever mode i open i cant see anything but black screen. Please resolve this problem and help us all. Thank you.

Kabam sort your **** out, this is a week ive been unable to play and weve had no response from anyone, as long as u still got money coming in it looks like you dont give a **** you money grabbing pricks. Hab eine Woche nichts machen können, AM,AK,STORY, EVENTS UND DUELLE sind schwarz !!!!!
Ich bin Anführer einer Allianz und absolut nichts machen zu können ist echt kontraproduktiv !
Mir laufen die Members wech !!!
Und ich komme auch nicht weiter !!!!
Seid ihr fähig eine Lösung zu finden ???
Wenn ja dann zeitnah !!!
Ich bin der Meinung das da einiges an wieder gutmachung von euch kommen muss !!!
Momentan bin ich von dem Game und euch echt enttäuscht !!!! Sorry .

People are getting kicked out of their alliance no one wants a member that can't play
I was looking forward to the new events and activities now I just log in to claim the calendar and log out
A game this good should have a better and faster fix to problems

Are we ever likely to get a proper fix for this? The black screen has gone but the graphics are still awful and many projectiles are invisible. The game is barely playable.

Haha! I did update. It's no better but also no worse. I'm still having to dodge invisible projectiles...
