hello for recently im in new alliance, and say after 4 days i will eligible for alliance rewards, but i was thinking anyway i will open 5 greatest crystal from nominating , and 5 greatest crystal who cost 300 units , i see solo i have 25k points in alliance say i have 0 why ?

My friend got ban
hello my friend got ban , its say your account its suspended, and its dont have timer when its gonna be released on say TOS 11 but its didnt say its permanent ban. its somebody happen this ?
