AW rewards when we will got it ?

Hello people i make this post , to ask when we will got the AW rewards from last season . Still i didnt get anything. Its only me or everybody have that problem ?

    Did you leave your alliance? Did you participate in at least 5 wars during the season?
    Season ended almost a month ago, so rewards have long been sent out. If you met the requirements to receive them, but haven't, then you need to submit a ticket to support and they can look into it.
