Galaxy S8 showing black screens [info request: mar 12]

Im sorry guys thats my 2nd or 3rd post but thats so frustrating as i cant enter a single fight for two days since the update and no one responded on posts regarding the black screen bug, ive read the requirement of my device and i met it (android 9) but i dont know how long it will take , i hope there is a solution soon as this is the only game i play and for 8and half years now @Kabam Miike

Screens are posted above , the background is always black since the update , and cant enter any fight as every thing goes blank and only see the damage taken without seeing the champs as i posted on the screen above , my device is samsung galaxy s8 plus (android 9), i hope it can resolved soon as i didnt enter a fight since the update

its look like we can make couple alliances name it Black screen, Black screen HC and Black screen mobs 🤣

Same issue here, also on S8. Cant see backgrounds, quest maps, anything but HP bar in fights as per the above screenies.

Fascinating- one of my devices is also a samsung galaxy s8, however no black out issues are popping up. I also religiously clean the memory every 5 fights though, since the game hogs memory like no one's business. I'd recommend that to everyone to see if that helps.

i believe is when download the new version witch was around 500MB . My phone aswell download additional 168MB witch probably cost the the problem.

dont know, i always clear cach and tried uninstall and reinstall and cleared data , and nothing new
