Galaxy S8 showing black screens [info request: mar 12]

Im sorry guys thats my 2nd or 3rd post but thats so frustrating as i cant enter a single fight for two days since the update and no one responded on posts regarding the black screen bug, ive read the requirement of my device and i met it (android 9) but i dont know how long it will take , i hope there is a solution soon as this is the only game i play and for 8and half years now @Kabam Miike

This is getting beyond a joke now, 7 days ive had this issue and still nothing, i hope we get compensation for this or i dont think many of us will be very happy, im missing out on battlegrounds, aq, aw and all side quests right now, please hurry up and fix this asap!

will bigger joke when they fix it dont give us compensation, its look like will be more then 7 days and thousands people stay in dark.

On an s8? Aren't they on 24 now? I'm surprised the game will even fit on the memory let alone be able to run it at all.

Lol yeah but they skipped 10-19 lol you make it sound a lot worse thant what it is; but it is a device close to 7 years old.

The people this affected should definitely get compensation.
A week+ not being able to play loses a ton of rewards.

Just an outside observation.
I know I would be pissed if I didn't get compensation because I couldn't play for a week due to a bug in the game.

Agree and disagree too , yes we stand from the bench and we stop watching how other playing. But Graphics its far from nice but at least now , can have little bit more peace to working. And we need asking ourselves its next update will be same GRAPHICS or gonna be dark screen again. Question who scary me and same time laughed me 😁🤣

Same here; backgrounds are back but graphics are massivly downgraded.
Any solutions in sight?
Since I wasn't able to participate in any content of the game I highly suggest giving us some sort of compensation.

I actually considererd buying a new smartphone anyways, but I would have prefered not being forced to by a mobile game. ;-)

Compensation would be so hard to distribute...
They would actually have to try to find out who plays on an S8... I dont think they can do that...
Also I don't think playing on an 7 year old device is ground for compensation.

Seven years old or not: it still matches the noted requirements given by Kabam.
The game was developed for much older devices to start with and did not massively change at all, left aside more complexicity, and none of us were witnessing a decrease in performance, graphics or whatever throughout the years, let alone such a huge bug like this.

Android stop supporting the S8... They can't upgrade the OS over 9.0... Chances are this things will happen over and over.
It matches the notes, which are minimum requirements.
What would happen if the game was forced to have a minimum requirement of Android 10 or 12?...

IF they changed the game requirements to minimum of Android 10 or 12 then of course the game would no longer work on the Galaxy S8.

However, as it stands, the game requirements state Android 8.0 and up, therefore your point is moot.

I mean, it obviously worked for 7 years! Sure, if future versions of the game would need to be run on more recent versions of Android, they should give the information a decent amount of time in advance to let players decide and prepare.

It could have been a change on Android and not necessarily on Kabam, look at the fix.. is not really a fix is it?...I doubt they changed this much on an update on the game...
Truth is it has an old operating system, and it happened to an old device ONLY. You didn't see anybody else with an S9, S10 complaining about it...

Sure. A clarificaion after all what caused the bug would be interesting to know.
But I think I recall someone with an older iPhone commenting in one of the threads.

I think i will look out for a new device either way. Had this planned anyway but still, this bug sucks/sucked.
