Regen and bleed. A combo that never fails. Could use a tune-up but still better than a wood chipper.

    Unlike OG Wolverine, X-23 at least has a little bit of extra damage against bleed immune opponents…

    And obviously with „never fails“ OP meant that it is useful in any meta. Of course every champ will be severely handicapped by specific nodes…
