Disney and Fox Deal!!

With the news yesterday stating that the deal is slated to be announced next week, which champions are you hoping to play with?
Also, what do you think the movies are now going to be like??

@BigBob I think you underestimate the money and decisions, they would 100% go ahead with a DP 3!

I would love them to urge Hugh Jackman to have 1 more film in him, imagine Wolverine teaming up with the Avengers!

Wow the opportunities would be endless!

They could have Mr Fantastic, Dr Strange, Blackbolt, Tony stark ... illuminati story.

They would make the X-men great again!

It will have an influence on the games and elsewhere: Isaac 'Ike' Perlmutter, the Marvel CEO had a conniption over Fox backing off from a co-production deal a few years back and told Marvel Comics to (among other things) stop using the F4 in group promo art, stop licensing the F4 into the games and action figures, stop using the X-Men in group promo art and they cancelled the 2 F4 comics (Fantastic 4 in the main universe and Ultimate Comics: FF in the Ultimate verse), killed off Wolverine, pushed the Inhumans in the comics and also took down the F4 artwork on display in Marvel's offices.

Marvel regaining the film and TV rights as well as merchandising rights means the X-Men and F4 are going to get back into merch, games and action figures.

I'd hope that if the deal comes off, Kabam adds the Four, Dr Doom, Annihilus and Blastaar over a few months. Maybe Silver Surfer too.

If they could make R rated Netflix shows, they should theoretically be able to make R rated movies too

Yeah that’s why it’s rare we don’t see them in games or anything else it’s because Marvel/Disney wants the rights back, it’ll be very very exciting to see these great characters join the MCU

Also Deadpool is a Juggernaut in the box office, no way they’re stupid enough to mess up that franchise, also if Disney is allowed to use these characters in films doesn’t mean Fox or Sony can’t make movies with them either
