Recover my old ID which is not linked with Kabam or play store

Hello, J this side actually was playing this game since long, in the mean time i am decided to uninstall the game due to some scenarios.
And did not linked my ID with any of rhe accounts because i do not know that...

Now I really like to revoke.my old account because it was a good progress there and the same account is still there when i found it in game database. I really need help from the Kabam team. I really appreciate if anyone have a good bypass, and account revoke inputs with Game Unique name..

Did you reinstall game on *SAME* device again ?

If so, game may use your original account by default even without logging in.

Trust me, i’ve gone back and forth with Kabam, since the device i’m using now is giving up on me, and i don’t remember the email associated with it, i’ve been playing just shy about 6 months from 2014, when game came out. I’ve provided them with all the necessary information they asked because all i want to do is be able to switch my acct to my new phone. Yet i get tossed around from this person to that person. Even my son lost his account from his old phone, which for some reason just disappeared and has no idea what his password. I mean he is just 10. Good acct gone, mine, playing for about 9 years and about to be gone. sucks cause i have spent some $ on the game with no consideration from Kabam.

You need to open a support ticket and provide the appropriate game account recovery information (in-game name of the account, plus information such as your first few purchases, when and approximately where you first signed up, etc).

What consideration would you like Kabam to give you?

If they allow you to get control of your game account without giving them all of the correct information, they would allow me to gain control of your game account by giving them the same incomplete information. It is tricky and unfortunate when this happens, and I've helped some players get their accounts back when it happens, but ultimately the player must be able to provide the required information because if Kabam doesn't enforce strict policies in this regard, it would be open season for other players to gain control of other people's accounts. They have to ask you questions only you would know, and no one else would know. If they only ask you questions you could figure out without having to remember, they might be questions other people could also figure out the answers to and hijack your account.
