Winter Wonderland
Why did the grandmaster winter wonderland crystals disappear? i had, if i remember correctly, close to 300k in total, even though every one i opened was a 3*, still, why did i loose them. I’ve never seen that happen before. regardless of the update, we don’t loose crystals for champions.

What about those that had no idea what was going on with treasure island? i log on, check it out, choose epic and use two keys for the path with 5* shards plus 6* shards, then i find out, like yesterday, that there was an issue with the rewards. If i would of known, i would of chosen either a different path or legendary..…

So all four objectives must be met 100% ? (normal, heroic, master and epic) I completed both epics 100% and only received 1500 T5 Basic Shards? Received more T4 Basic shards than T5-what gives...

Gold Pool
My son and i must of opened, i would say, 180 to 200 gold crystals, not one GP. The percentage bracket on this one, way off. 70% were 4800 gold, 30% 10,000 gold, 0% GP. I am estimating about 180/200 crystals. I know some open up alot more. Yet why even put up that crystal? Kabam, you take the meaning out of the word…

new ios update 11.1
Since i ipdated to ios 11, everytime i exit the game (just simply tab home) even if within seconds, it reloads once i return, which is so annoying since it never did that before. time consuming to say the least.
