ALLIANCE WAR SEASON 48 - My new friends won't be able to join and play alliance wars.

I am an official player of my alliance and for some reason, I kicked out two members in the middle of Alliance Raid, the issue is regarding the new members who joined recently, they can't participate in war or alliance quests,

So, we are at platinum 4, if I cancel this incoming war, will we lose the level of our category?

I don't want to fight a new work without having my full team,

what to do at this time?

We already same a ticket to technical support they said, it is an issue relative to the raid campaign, So my concern is with the incoming war, if I cancel it, we will still lose our current position.

Please let me know as soon as is possible.
