    You probably have but have you done sector 5/6 incursions plus 7 for 7, shooting stars and 7 star shards paths in act 8.3

    One 6* dupe should solve that problem.. unless you are low on 6* shards.. then you need to do event quest, various difficulties: Uncollected, Cavalier, Thronebreaker, and Paragon too.. there is also 6* and 7* shards in Incursion (Metal-pool Meltdown) solo sector 5 or sector 6.. good luck on your 7* champion crystal pull.

    Double Track Event - Day 27 has 7* 500 shards.

    Winter of Woe 15 points has 7,500 shards 7*

    I'm not sure if I could do Winter of Woe, so didn't try all objectives.. only got 9 points.. the highest I can probably reach is 15points.

    Currently sitting on 8m~, but that's likely to go down the drain soon, I have plans to r2 2 of my 7*s.
