Certainly not Doom. His main strength awakened is the ability to steal power gain buffs when he nullifies them but he only needs sig lvl 1 for that so not necessary. If you’re a KingPin fan I’d say him for sure!!

Doom max sig still has an impact if you're pushing prestige? but he don't need it, nor is it a large improvement.

Sig 200 let's you cheese some nodes as it guarantees a staggered buff is replaced with a shock and allows heavy spam in the corner.
