Lost poolies

I was holding onto poolies to buy the iso bundles at the end to counter act them expiring and missed the cut off. I thought we had 1 more day till the store closed. Anyone know what I should do? These were bought with money so my 1st thought is to get a refund but idk what happens to my account then.

A refund for your mistake? Best of luck, you’ll be seeing negative units on your account if you go that route

Contact support first for any resolution before you try refunding from Apple/google.

Event ended on Friday and store ended today.

I get that it was my mistake. Just wondering if anyone here has had this happen to them and what was the outcome. It doesn't feel good to put out money for something and then it's taken away.

If you are assuming responsibility, and acknowledging fault, you should know that it wasn't taken away. You wasted it.

If you spent money on the poolies, that likely means you spent on the unit offers so still got the normal value. Unfortunately you kissed out on the poolies but atleast you didn’t completely waste your money.

People were complaining that 3 days ago the Milestones Solo Event (for spending Poolies) had ended (as planned, according to Solo Event timer) even though the Store itself and ability to spend them still had 3 more days to go.

Now those 3 days are up and people still haven’t spent the Poolies ?

Seems like the same mistake as not claiming the daily objectives of iso expiring yet it has 30 days people should really just claim stuff and spend stuff if looking for iso than just waiting last second

All support did was give me a generic copy n paste response. Looks like I'm out of luck on this one. Time for one of those "well, it's been a good run" goodbye post... lol just kidding but probably not spending anymore. I could have bought something cool with that money instead.

I stil baffle why u waiting that’s long not try to jump one you but since u spent a bit to get them why wait is my point a spenders wouldn’t wait to that’s long.
