**Mastery Loadouts**
Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

LC and DE damage increases with Health and Champion Boosts while Willpower Regen does not.

tl;dr: LC and DE are immune to flat value system.

When using any boosts that increase base health (Champion Boost, Health Boost), the amount of Health Regenerated from Willpower remains unaffected. However the damage per tick from Liquid Courage and Double Edge Masteries is increased, so you're effectively punished for using health boosts when running Suicides (i.e. when you have reduced health to begin with).

Here's the damage per tick with my 5* Magik at the beginning of a fight using max Willpower, LC, DE, and Coagulate Rank 2.

1. No boosts: 156 damage per tick, +119 health/tick
2. +10% Champion Boost: 172 dmg/tick, +119 health/tick
3. +20% Champion Boost: 189 dmg/tick, +119 health/tick
4. +30% Champion Boost: 205 dmg/tick, +119 health/tick
5. +30% Champion Boost & +25% Health Boost: 246 dmg/tick, +119 health/tick

Why are beneficial effects like Health Regen subject to the flat value system while detrimental effects like LC and DE damage are not?

    Agreed, boosts are hurting more than helping with suicides on. That should never happen with a 'boost'.

    Solution: Make Willpower heal based on health increase from boosts, so the same net % is healed with or without boosts. There are other situations where boosts hurt more than help because of flat value heals, but the suicides/willpower + boosts is the most detrimental.
