Not even killing the Sentry can eliminate the Void, because it is literally impossible to kill the Sentry. This was not retconned into the Sentry, the fact that the Sentry is effectively omnipotent is baked into his origin story.

Sentry is a reality warper. In some 2000s(?) comic i read, there was something about the void and sentry being comic book characters or smth and there was some reality warping going on.

That Quora article is a shame. I'd suggest watching Comics Explained on YT or picking up a comic or two. If anything, the fact that we don't hear about him much anymore fits his arc. A hero so powerful that they forced him to forget who he is. Pretty meta if you ask me...world forgets, we as the reader forget.

Back here after watching comic drake and reading Sentry's first run until Sentry vs. The void #1 in pirating websites. Neither was it implied that he's a reality warper nor he's only as strong as he believes himself to be. It only said a number of times that he "had the power of a million exploding suns" which we have no way to quantify at all. He did hold that cube that alters molecular composition and Spidey said he fought Galactus to a standstill, but how are we sure they're even reliable narrators at all? That how they recalled events are accurate? It's also never said Sentry is impossible to kill and nothing implies it as well. Even if all these are accurate, he still doesn't sound like "coming back from being molecularly split" powerful.

I'm convinced that the heroes are afflicted by some sort of fear-inducement power from the void, because how can anyone tell that he got stronger than ever and if he really did, then how? I know it's said that he'll keep coming back until a point in time comes where he just can't be stopped, but there is no reason to take their words for it too. What made think of this the most is Reed not whipping up something to defeat it like the ultimate nullifier. They all just stood there accepting defeat, instantly losing hope without doing anything about it, like actual heroes.
