Nefarious War Bug?

Noticed today both on a Mangog fight on node 47 as well as against a Magneto Boss that I was missing while heal block was up a couple times as others have reported.

But more concerningly, my power was being DRAINED constantly in both fight!?! I should be gaining power with him both in this Tactic and against Mangog in general.
