Cosmic vs Tech Class?

Looking at all 6 classes, it seems these 2 have the least amount of "meta" 7*'s compared to the others. (Skill at least has a lot of good defenders and few good attackers)

So between these 2, which class has more 7* that are worthy of r3 to you?

The no brainer ones at the very top are obviously Serpent, Maestro, Red Skull (Sparky and Shocker can be argued too but a lot more difficult to obtain)

Then there's the tier just slightly below them that has the champs like Venom, Hyperion,
Warlock, Guardian etc that a lot would still easily r3

I know theres more I didn't list but rather let the community share their own personal lists of champs theyd r3 from the 2 classes

Fyi it's true that the tech class has more champs that are below average than cosmic, but this is strictly looking at the top options and comparing which has more. If Sparky and Shocker were more easily obtained the answer would be obvious

Adam/Gladiator i think fall a bit short due to them being AI reliant (AI is at its worst so hence why you see barely anyone talking about them nowadays)

Knull/Nova need awakening and high sig

Tech also has some that fall short like Shuri , Prowler. Seen some get on the OS train. Imiw is still the top 7* tech defender imo

It’s not even close tbh, Medusa becoming a 7* in a few months only adds to it.

It’s close but Cosmic shrugs them off, because they’re nearly all great, (Red goblins aside)

Adam isn’t AI reliant if you know what you’re doing. I find him incredibly reliable

Definitely echo this. All the complaints about Ai are that it’s too passive, this id exactly what you want to start his rotation.

After that, the taunt is potent enough that ai will always throw a special. Punish, punish, punish

Cosmic is the class that I personally have the most 7r3s in (4), while I only have a single Tech 7r3. I also use Venom, Adam Warlock, Venompool and Vox a lot more than I use Shuri.

While my account certainly isn't the end all be all in terms of meta rank-ups, I still think that says something about the state of those two classes.

I think skill is the weakest 7* pool, I had a hard time taking any of them to R3, I only took up so I’d have atleast one of each class. Meanwhile cosmic has alot of champs I want to R3 and I have a hard time choosing who goes up first.

Not really. Defensively we have bullseye, korg, attuma all are big stallers, or deal a lot of damage to the attacker.

Offensively we got shang chi, mantis, midbones, massacre, black cat all are great sp2 nukes.

The only downside about skill class is blade.

and yes I have all three worst skill champs duped

luckily the only dud I got is blade. Atleast sable is getting a buff hope she turns out good, and patriot may get a buff. There's no hope for blade.

Cosmic I've got Vision Aarkus (who is a lot of fun) and Serpent as R3. But if I have a generic cosmic fight to do, I'm still falling back on Hulkling and CGR (and rarely Hercules). Venom is good. My others just don't feel worth investing in.

I feel like shocker, sparky, and red skull means 3 easy top candidates for r3. Whereas cosmic if your focus is BGs its mainly just Serpent and Maestro. Venom is good and i really enjoy him but i don't see him that much in GC decks because of limitations on matchups he can take.
