I sincerely doubt it. There'd be an uproar and people would be quitting and justifiably so.

I suspect it's more like in the story, she'll be trying to do it and possibly succeeding, but you'll be able to continue using whomever you want.

Or it just could be part of a lore, she could be a part of a quest where we defeat her and her plan fails? Then she's playable like other bosses pre grandmaster
