I’m going banquet. Already gone all in on getting these dang tickets. Have a guaranteed 12 crystals already if I do the hunt so banquet it is for me

Guaranteed is a bit of a stretch. I spent 18k units on a Titan Nexus and got Negasonic. You can still get the short end of the stuck in the rng rewards as in my situation. If they have a champion selector that lets you pick then thats a different story

Spending 10 k units on banquet atleast gives you a chance on 7* glorious guardian crystal (if it follows the previous year structure) which has 6 guaranteed good champ.

Definitely spend all your units on Cyber weekend. But definitely save them all for the Banquet.

I mean I have faith. All 3 champs released so far is usable in bgs (Medusa is busted) and in general, great champs, unlike the mid ones in titan.

I'm pretty sure the other 3 buffs will be decent as well.

Typically, cyber weekend/July 4th is better if your looking for "guaranteed" stuff. Banquet is better if you don't really mind RNG.

I agree with @Nemesis_17 based on the last two years. Kabam have said they are going to make Banquet better for Valiant this year, but we don’t know what better really means.

I have 35k saved so I could go all in on cyber but I'm going to save them for banquet. I have a titan and a 7* along with a bunch of dailys to open during cyber so that i don't feel like I'm missing out. If they have some good $10 deals i might spend $20-$30 but if not i have my crystals to look forward to.

Cyber deals will probably be 36k units. That will probably be 7* AG, a couple of 2-3 gems, 7* crystals/shards, Titan, maybe even a nexus, 7* base pool selector, 7* sigs. Lots of good stuff.

Banquet doesnt have unit offers. Only banquet crystals. For 36k units you get 120 crystals. That will be a ton of t6b/t3a, t6cc, t5cc, t5b/t2a, 6* shards, 6* sigs. Yes, you will get some t4a, 7* titan shards and 7* sigs. But most likely not enough to do a rankup or open a titan. You'll also probably get some T7b shards, which will be useless for another 6months. Opening that many crystals should get you decent rank in the solo event, maybe a 2-3 gem.
The only way banquet crystals can even be worth it is if they separate them by progression tier, and they have a Valiant only crystal.

Cyber and July 4th are the best value for units you can get in this game. But hey, I've only been playing for 9.5 years, what do I know? They are your units, do what you want.

Keep in mind if you spend enough units you’ll not only get chances at insane rewards in GBCs but you’ll get milestone rewards too

@Crys23 true, but I'm banking on that since last year was such a dramatic bust they will try to make up for it this year. Could be another bust and if it is I will just save them and do the 4th and cyber next year. They might have some good rewards for placing in top 10% or 5% for the event as well. Idk how I'd place but it might be good. Next year we should start getting more of the top tier 6 stars as 7s so there might be unit events to get them. Imagine a 7 star CGR or AA.

The best thing about units is that aside from them raising the price of events from 21k to 36k, units don't really depreciate. So hording them can pay off in the end.

This is a good guess for the cyber. Banquet did have unit offers available in the webstore if I recall correctly?

I don't want to spend any money for cyber weekends. So being that the case, i will spend all my 50k units in GBC for the Banquet. Should be able to reach 60k before the event start, if not 55k units
